The Insight Meditation Community of Colorado (IMCC) sponsors daily online morning meditation sessions from 8:00 to 8:45 am. These meditation periods are offered on a drop-in basis and anyone who wishes to participate is welcome. A different teacher leads the meditation session each day of the week, using the Zoom app. The format is simple: a brief opening (reading, refuge chant, prayer, reflection, etc.)—followed by a 30-minute meditation period—and a brief dedication of merit or other closing chosen by the teacher.

In order to participate, you will need a Zoom link or a Zoom meeting ID number and password. You can find the latest Zoom links for all seven days here. Alternately most of the teachers will send the Zoom information to their respective email list weekly on Sundays for the coming week. To receive the necessary information, please contact one of the teachers and ask to join their email list.

In accordance with the tradition of Buddhist practice, these meditation sessions are being freely offered by the teachers, with no expectation of financial gain. For those who wish to practice dana (gifts freely given in gratitude for the receipt of teachings), useful guidelines are to choose an offering that uplifts your heart and that feels appropriate for your personal situation.

If you’d like to make a donation that will be shared equally by the seven teachers, you can use the PayPal buttons below (PayPal and credit /debit card payments are accepted). If you’d like to make a donation to the seven teachers by check, please make the check out to IMCC and mail it to IMCC c/o David Chernikoff / 255 Pawnee Dr. / Boulder, CO 80303.
