Directions: The class is held in Boulder at the Guild for Structural Integration, 3107 28th. St., an office space in Tebo Plaza shopping center. The Guild is a bit north of Valmont on the west side of 28th St., just north of the Coyote Carwash. Turn west (towards the mountains) at a tall sign with "Rags Home Consignment" at the top. The Guild is straight ahead on the second floor (it is at the south end of the shopping center). There is an elevator for handicap accessibility.

Peter Williams

About the Teacher

Peter Williams is a psychotherapist, carpenter, and meditation leader. He has practiced meditation for 15 years in the Theravada and Tibetan Buddhist traditions. His primary teachers are Joseph Goldstein, Jack Kornfield, and Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche. In 2004, he spent seven months studying with meditation masters in Nepal and Thailand. Peter has led mindfulness classes for five years and is certified as a Community Dharma Leader by Spirit Rock Meditation Center.
