Sangha Guides - The Boulder sangha has a small
group of experienced meditation practitioners who
have volunteered to assist people who are interested
in insight meditation. These 1:1 sessions are appropriate
for people who are seeking initial meditation
instruction, as well as those with experience who
may have questions about their practice or related
